Serving a local and international client base, our services include traditional and online data collection methodologies, respondent recruitment, coding, data entry and processing, questionnaire design and localization, remote viewing and listening capabilities, document translation and simultaneous interpretation. Ipsos Observer comprises four distinct departments, Data Collection including online tools, Data Processing, Quality Control and Automation.

Each year Ipsos Observer carries out over 2,000,000 quantitative interviews and conducts qualitative research with over 12,000 focus group and depth interview respondents.
